We ship most of our products USPS Priority Mail. Mirrors are shipped via UPS Ground.
All in-stock items will be shipped the next business day. (Please allow an additional 10 days for personal checks to clear.)
Custom ordered items will ship in 4-6 weeks
Shipping charges are computed on total weight of your order.

While these costs may appear high, please keep in mind that most of the items we sell weigh well under one pound.
For example, we can ship ten Perfume Pens, four Deluxe Bottle Stoppers, and five Stampholders (that's 19 items!) in one three-pound package.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. Please call us at 603-659-2096 or email jcarr@piecesofwood.com immediately if we've made an error in filling your order.
We'll do everything we can to correct the situation.
If you are not satisfied with an item, please email or call us to request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number.
Stock items may be returned within 30 days for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Shipping charges to and from the customer are not refundable.
All sales of custom order items are final.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any product that is damaged or in an unsaleable condition, has been misused, is shipped COD, or is returned without an RMA number. |
